1. Communication
The majority of our communication, will be in the form of "WhatsApp". Please ensure you have "WhatsApp" on your phone and that it is active. You will be invited to a group whereby your coach or the club will communicate the details of each game and practice to the group. Please allow this to be used as a one-way communication from the coach to the team. Should you need to contact your coach, please contact him directly and not via the "WhatsApp" group.

2. Fees
Please note that you are responsible for all fees for the soccer training of the player listed above.
Fees are payable in advance.
If you are paying monthly, your payment link will be sent to you shortly after filling in the form. After entering your payment details, your account will be debited on the day you chose when filling in the form.
If you selected to pay Once-off, you will receive a 10% discount if the fees are settled by the 28th of February. You will receive an invoice shortly after filling in the form.
Should you fall into +1 month arrears a reminder will be sent to you. Should you fail to pay, your child will be suspended from training and matches until the account is brought up to date.
One month written notice via email is required when terminating your contract.

3. Training
Please adhere to the club's training times and ensure that your child is collected promptly at the end of the session. A LATE COLLECT FEE will be charged at R50 for every 15 minutes after the session is finished. We do not provide transport.
For the safety of your child, please ensure that they wait for you ON THE FIELD next to the parking area.
